How does Personal Training work?

Your PT should workout a plan and best course of action in achieving your goal, but not only that, your PT should know exactly what you need and how to get there after you have completed your assessment.

What does that mean? Generally we all know there's a threshold for a healthy body fat and muscle ratio... that still applies. Once you've achieved optimum physical health, your PT will then help smash goals above and beyond what you ever thought was possible
